Renata Lucas

Renata Lucas is a multi-disciplinary Brazilian artist. In 2010, Oso fabricated a part of one of her pieces for an exhibition at Gladstone Gallery in NYC. Her piece involved an Oso-fabricated slab of hand-troweled concrete that laid over a hand-woven rug. The juxtaposition of modernism and tradition was beautiful and we were excited to be involved.

  • We carefully fabricated a pre-cast slab and then applied a smooth, hand-troweled finish over its surface.
